A KYROCK live demo is a free, roughly 60-minute visit where a drone crew soft washes a real test section of your building while you watch from the ground. Some things you have to see. A drone rinsing the 8th floor of your own building while the pilot stands next to you in the parking lot is one of them. That’s why we’d rather show you than send another PDF.
The 60-minute agenda
1. Walkthrough (10 min). You point at the problem: the streaked north facade, the steeple nobody’s cleaned in a decade, the graffiti above the loading dock. We talk surfaces, water source, and staging.
2. Flight (30–40 min). The crew stages in a couple of parking spaces, runs the safety checklist, and cleans a real section of your building, a test panel large enough to judge honestly, usually in the worst spot you’ve got. You watch from the ground with the pilot; ask anything mid-flight.
3. Straight talk (10 min). We tell you what we saw up close: surface condition, staining type, anything that needs a different method, and what full-scope work would cost. If part of your property is better served by a conventional ground crew, that goes in writing too.
What you walk away with
- A clean test section you can compare against the rest of the building for the next month (the before/after line is the best sales tool we have, so we leave it on your wall)
- Aerial photos of your building’s condition, including surfaces you’ve likely never seen up close
- A written proposal with scope, method, schedule, and price, within one business day
Who should be there
Whoever has to say yes: the property or facilities manager plus, ideally, the person who owns the budget. For agencies and institutions, safety officers are warmly invited. Our Part 107 licensing, insurance documentation, and flight safety plan are the first things we hand over, and safety folks tend to become our best internal advocates once they’ve watched a job run.
Why free?
Because the demo is our proposal process. Scoping the building from the air makes our pricing sharper, and buildings sell themselves once one panel is clean. About the only thing we ask: pick the dirtiest, most visible spot you have. We insist on the hard part.
