Pressure Washing

Commercial pressure washing for concrete, hardscapes, and parking structures: 2–5× faster, no access equipment rental.

Concrete, stone, and hardscapes need real cleaning force, and traditionally, the access equipment to bring it, which often costs more than the cleaning itself. Our FAA-licensed, fully insured drone pilots bring commercial-grade pressure washing to surfaces that are high, steep, or unsafe to reach, 2–5× faster than scaffolding, with ground crews handling flatwork where that’s the better tool.

Why a Drone Wins Here

The method is the advantage

High-reach concrete without scaffolding

Stadium fasciae, bridge structures, and upper parking decks get cleaned without erecting access equipment, which is often more expensive than the cleaning itself.

No lane closures

On roadway and infrastructure work, a drone crew works from outside the traffic envelope. That can eliminate closure permits, detours, and overnight schedules.

Sealing while we’re up there

After cleaning, we can apply protective sealants to concrete and masonry in the same mobilization, like we did across a university stadium.

Common Questions

Straight answers

Is a drone powerful enough for real pressure washing?

Our aircraft deliver commercial cleaning pressure through a tethered high-pressure line fed by ground-based pumps. It’s the same power a ground crew uses, minus the ladders and lifts.

What about surfaces a drone can’t do well?

We’ll tell you. Ground-level flatwork is usually better served by surface cleaners run by our ground crew, and our proposals split the scope honestly between air and ground.

Do you recover the wash water?

Where regulations or site conditions require it, we deploy containment and recovery. Compliance is part of the proposal, not an extra.

Pricing, Honestly

What drives the price of pressure washing

  • Surface area and soil load (gum, grease, and tire marks price differently than atmospheric grime)
  • Access: high-reach concrete without scaffolding is where the drone changes the bid
  • Traffic control: on roadway and infrastructure work, avoided closures are often the biggest saving
  • Water recovery and containment where regulations require it
  • Add-ons in the same mobilization: sealing, striping prep, rust treatment
