Window Cleaning
Mid-rise window cleaning without a lift in your lobby.
A swing stage blocking your entrance and rope crews outside tenant windows are the two things every property manager dreads about window day. Our FAA-licensed, fully insured pilots apply purified, deionized water by drone across curtain walls, window banks, atriums, and skylights. It dries spot-free, with no lift at your entrance, no anchors on your roof, and no weeks-long schedule.

Why a Drone Wins Here
The method is the advantage
Much faster than rope access
A drone covers glass at a pace no swing stage or rope crew can match, so buildings that took a week of dangling equipment take a day or two.
Tenants barely notice
No shadows sliding past windows, no anchors on the roof, no closed entrances below the work. Just clean glass by the weekend.
Pure-water finish
Deionized water pulls dissolved solids off the glass and dries without spotting. It’s the same method top high-rise crews use, delivered from the air.
Common Questions
Straight answers
Does drone window cleaning leave streaks?
No. We use multi-stage water purification (typically under 10 ppm total dissolved solids), which dries spot-free without squeegeeing. Frames and sills get rinsed in the same pass.
How tall a building can you handle?
Our sweet spot is 2–15 stories, the mid-rise band where lifts fall short and rope access gets expensive. Taller buildings are often still feasible; send us the address and we’ll give you a straight answer.
What about interior glass?
We focus on exterior work. For interior scopes we’re happy to coordinate with your janitorial provider so the whole building finishes together.
Pricing, Honestly
What drives the price of window cleaning
- Glass area and pane count, plus frames and sills (rinsed in the same pass)
- Building height: rope access and swing stages price by the drop; the drone doesn’t
- First clean vs. maintenance cycle: quarterly and semi-annual programs price lower per visit
- Obstructions and setbacks that shape the flight plan
- Post-construction detailing needs (hands-on work we scope honestly)
