Property Documentation

Know what shape your building is actually in.

Request a scoped Drone Exterior Condition Report with agreed aerial views, observed-condition categories, limitations, and planning notes. Flight feasibility, access, credentials, price, timing, permissions, and the final deliverable are confirmed for the property before scheduling.

  • Documented views and condition categories for the elevations that can be captured safely and lawfully
  • Representative aerial photography subject to airspace, weather, access, privacy, and site controls
  • Observed-condition callouts without presenting the report as an engineering or building-envelope inspection
  • Planning inputs for surface diagnosis, test cleaning, access, protection, and a separate written price
  • Confirmed deliverable format, permissions, limitations, and timing stated in the approved scope

The Grade Scale

What A–D actually means

Same scale on every report, so two buildings — or the same building two years apart — compare honestly.

A

No material soiling observed

No material soiling is visible in the documented views at the time recorded.

B

Localized condition

Localized streaking, deposits, or growth-like conditions are visible and should be monitored or reviewed.

C

Widespread condition

The observed condition is widespread enough to justify surface diagnosis, test cleaning, and scope review.

D

Specialist review

Heavy accumulation, damage-like indicators, or limited visibility warrants qualified material or building-envelope review before cleaning.

How It Works

Address to report in three steps

01

Request the report

Send the property address, target elevations, representative photos, desired use, timing, and known site constraints. The team reviews whether aerial documentation is appropriate and what permissions or access are required.

02

We fly the building

If approved and feasible, the assigned flight team documents the agreed views under the property, aviation, weather, privacy, and ground-control plan.

03

You get the graded report

The confirmed deliverable records the captured views, observed-condition categories, limitations, and agreed planning notes. Cleaning scope and pricing are documented separately.

Managing several buildings? Use a consistent observation and limitation framework, while confirming availability, flight feasibility, scope, price, timing, permissions, and deliverables for each property.

Fair Questions

Asked by everyone who suspects a catch

What does an exterior condition report cost?

Confirm current availability, price, scope, cancellation terms, and deliverables in writing for the property. Do not assume the report or documentation flight is free.

Do you need roof access or a site contact for the flight?

Requirements depend on the building, target views, airspace, launch and recovery area, obstructions, privacy, security, emergency procedures, and any conventional inspection work. The approved plan states required access and contacts.

Can I use the report in my budget or board packet?

Use it as a documented visual planning input with its date, captured views, and limitations intact. It is not an engineering, structural, roof, facade, reserve, or building-envelope inspection, and pricing should come from a separate written scope.

How is this different from a quote?

A quote states a proposed cleaning scope, method, assumptions, exclusions, and price. A condition report records agreed visual observations and limitations; qualified specialists must assess suspected material, envelope, roof, or structural defects.
