Company
What is KYROCK?
KYROCK provides commercial exterior-cleaning services using drone-supported methods.
Is drone exterior cleaning safe?
Safety depends on the operation and site. A responsible plan addresses the pilot and aircraft requirements, airspace, weather, people and vehicles, controlled ground area, equipment limits, surface method, products, spray drift, runoff, and emergency procedures.
Are you licensed and insured?
Request the current pilot credentials, aircraft registrations, operating authority, insurance certificates, limits, exclusions, and project-specific endorsements required for your property before authorizing work.
How much does drone exterior cleaning cost?
There is no responsible universal rate. A written price should identify the measured scope, access method, surface condition, test requirements, site controls, schedule, documentation, assumptions, and exclusions.
What areas do you serve?
Submit the property address and desired timing so current geographic availability, travel requirements, airspace, and project fit can be confirmed in writing.
How fast can I get a quote?
Response and proposal timing depend on the information and site review required. Include your decision deadline, address, target surfaces, representative photos, and known constraints with the request.
Can you name our management company or ownership entity as additional insured?
State the exact entity names, endorsement wording, limits, and deadline in the project request. The broker and project team must confirm current coverage and whether the requested endorsement is available before it is promised.
Do you need roof access, interior access, or keys?
Access requirements depend on the building, target surfaces, equipment, water and product supply, flight and ground-control plan, emergency procedures, and any conventional work included in the scope.
What about chemical runoff and landscaping?
Require the proposed products, labels, concentrations, adjacent-material and landscaping protection, drainage paths, permits, and containment, diversion, recovery, treatment, or disposal requirements to be identified and approved for the site before application.
The six things that are always true
- Method selection starts with the substrate, contaminant, condition, and manufacturer guidance.
- Drone feasibility depends on airspace, weather, equipment limits, ground controls, and the site.
- Representative test areas establish product compatibility, procedure, and finish acceptance.
- Written scopes should state access, protection, runoff, documentation, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Drone-supported and conventional methods may be combined when the project requires both.
- Current credentials, insurance, permissions, and project controls should be verified before work.
