The work plan should establish pressure, concentration, dwell, rinse, standoff, overlap, stop-work criteria, and a finish standard for each surface zone.
Compare access plans
A drone may change where people and equipment need to be, but roof access, ground controls, hose routing, emergency procedures, and any conventional work still belong in the site plan.
Protect sensitive assemblies
EIFS, stucco, masonry, coatings, sealants, openings, fixtures, and adjacent materials require compatible products, controlled pressure, protection, and test-area acceptance.

Will the cleaning solution damage plants or property below?
That cannot be answered from the service name alone. The proposal should identify every product, label requirement, concentration, protection measure, drainage path, containment or recovery requirement, and acceptance step before application.
How long does a soft wash last?
There is no universal interval. Exposure, moisture, shade, drainage, substrate, coating, surrounding vegetation, airborne soil, and the accepted appearance standard all matter. Inspect the property and schedule work from observed conditions.
Do tenants or operations need to shut down?
The project plan should map entrances, windows, air intakes, pedestrians, vehicles, amenities, tenant notices, exclusion zones, spray drift, hose routes, and work windows. A drone does not remove the need for those controls.
