FAA Part 107 credentials
Remote Pilot Certificates for the pilots assigned to your property. Every KYROCK job is flown by Part 107-licensed pilots — no exceptions, no trainees soloing on your building.

Site-specific flight & safety plan
Prepared per property before work starts: flight envelope, standoff distances, staging area, and airspace authorizations where required. A sample plan is available so your safety team knows the format before contract.

Chemistry & runoff documentation
Cleaning chemistry handled and documented to label and local requirements, with runoff management addressed in the work plan. SDS sheets provided for every product used on your property.

Can you name our management company and owner entity as additional insured?
Yes. Certificates of insurance are issued per property, and additional-insured endorsements naming your management company and the ownership entity are part of the standard request — ask with your quote and the COI arrives with your proposal.
Do you carry insurance specific to drone operations?
Yes — commercial general liability plus aviation coverage. Traditional vendor checklists don’t even have a line item for aviation insurance; ours is part of the packet.
Do you need roof access, interior access, or keys?
No. The aircraft works the building from the exterior, and the crew stages from a parking space. Nobody needs your roof hatch, your freight elevator, or a badge.
What does procurement need to know about airspace?
Airspace authorization is our problem, not yours. Where a property sits in controlled airspace, authorizations are secured as part of the site-specific flight plan before the crew mobilizes.
