Company
- Legal entity and tax form
- Business registrations required for the jurisdiction
- Primary contract and billing contacts
- Subcontractor identities and responsibilities
Aviation
- Assigned remote-pilot credentials
- Aircraft registration and Remote ID records
- Operating authority, authorizations, and waivers relevant to the flight
- Aircraft, equipment, maintenance, and inspection records requested by the owner
Insurance
- Current certificates issued by the carrier or broker
- Limits, policy periods, exclusions, and aviation coverage
- Required additional-insured, waiver, or primary/noncontributory endorsements
- Notice requirements and contract alignment
Safety and site
- Project hazard analysis and operating plan
- Ground controls, hose routes, weather limits, emergency actions, and stop-work criteria
- Training, incident, and safety records required by the owner
- Traffic, pedestrian, security, utility, roof, and facility coordination
Products and environment
- Product labels and safety data sheets
- Surface and coating compatibility plus test-area procedure
- Water source, drainage, containment, recovery, treatment, and disposal plan
- Permits, notifications, records, and owner-specific environmental requirements
Scope and closeout
- Measured zones, methods, assumptions, exclusions, and owner responsibilities
- Schedule dependencies, acceptance standard, and change control
- Required daily, image, test, incident, and closeout records
- Warranty wording and evidence supporting any project claim
